For this issue's Looks Department, we took the most beautiful baubles, bangles, and beads we could find, so precious they required armed guards on set, and froze them in time and crystal clear ice, along with this season's hottest beauty must-haves. (Thank goodness it all happened years before we all started singing 'Let it go.' )
